Invisible ladders

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get in a 2 wide hole
2.place some ladders
3. Place a ladder on another ladder

Whats supposed to happen: The ladder should be placed on the other wall of the 2 wide hole

What happened instead: The ladder gets placed in between the 2 wide hole and becomes invisible.
