Applying skin bug for minecraft pocket edition.

I bought a skin pack from the store on minecraft pocket edition but every time i apply my skin it changes it back to the default alex skin for mineceaft pocket edition please fix!!!! And the phone im using is a samsung galaxy s7 active.
