Shulkers have the 'saturated' purple texture from Java Minecraft snapshot 17w16a

In the Java Minecraft version 17w16a, Shulker Boxes were given new textures. Along with that, Shulkers changed their colors too, however, the Shulkers were reverted to their original texture in 17w17a. The 1.1.0.9 Shulker texture is the one from 17w16a, and it doesn't visually match other End City blocks.
My device is Lenovo Tab 2 A8-50L, but it's most likely not device specific.
