Can't play Chinese mashup pack offline till yet!

I tried to download the Chinese mythology mashup pack as order to see if I could play online and whenever I start the game a message appears "download resumed" and when I download the Chinese mashup pack again it says "Download failed" but the template is playble​ online and whenever I turn off my wife I can't play the mashup pack!
