Enchanted looting swords disappear from inventory

I keep getting looting 3 swords, and twice now they completely disappear, the second time i kept a good eye on it, did not have it on my hot bar or put it in any chest, yet later when i logged on it was gone without a trace. All my other swords and enchanted items are fine, its just the enchanted swords of looting that disappear, and im the only one being affected by it on the realm
