Gear VR Dispenser recipe wont create the item

When I attempt to craft the dispenser using the recipe, nothing appears in the crafted box. I used many wiki's for both PC and MCPE versions and noted there was no difference in the recipe.

Thank you for fixing this. Dispensers are a vital part of the creation pallet afforded VR users, so we are missing out on a major part of the experience.

UPDATE: Dispensers are still present in the world. I collected to in a Jungle Temple. Hope that helps with the solution. Thx again.
