F1 Hide GUI Won't Work when Riding a Boat

Verification builds:

Summary:
When aboard a boat, pressing F1 to hide the GUI will not work.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a boat
2. Press F1

Observed Results:
The GUI does not disappear

Expected Results:
It should hide the GUI, just as it does when outside the boat.
