Black screen and nothing

When i try to open mcpe, i only have a black screen a few seconds and nothing. No ideas of how to resolve it. I tried to see the problem in other issues and i only saw "resolved" with no explanation. Please help. It's for my son who can not play for weeks whith a game we bought.
