Mobs other then endermen and shulkers are naturally spawning in the end

I was making a endermen farm and i had a 33x33 platform in the void inside the end where they would spawn and as soon as i put out the torches creeper spawned then later when i was placing back the torches 2 zombies spawned. Also my named endermite and the minecraft it was in despawned. This all happened when i updated it to 1.0.7
