Zombie Pigmans don't spawns on obsidian block

I'm trying to see the spawn rate of Zombie Pigmans in the Overworld and I make a lot of platforms of obsdian and I put Wooden Trapdoors to do that the Zombie Pigmans Spawn but they don't spawn
