Store Error

I cannot make purchases through the store in the Minecraft Windows 10 edition. I click to purchase anything, skins to mashups, and it says it may take a moment, wait then nothing...comes back to the purchase screen still locked....My last purchase was in December and it went through just fine. I haven't changed anything. I tried Xbox support, but nothing we tried there resolved this and I was told to contact Mojang.
