Ask about the Piston

I saw some video about the redstone gate on youtube and I really like the T Flip Flop Gate. I was try in the MCPE but it didn't work. Maybe it a glitch but I think it pretty cool. So if that then you guys can give me some idea about the gate like that and work on MCPE?? I'll appriciate
