Chinese mythology mashup pack bug

Problems with Chinese mashup. We can't play Chinese mashup pack while in offline. I always have to turn on my wifi even if I have purchased the Chinese mythology mashup pack, like the festival mashup pack is unlocked even when it's offline. Please fix problems with Chinese mythology mashup pack and Marketplace too!
