Problem w/ "Selection Panels"

Dear Reader,

Greetings dear reader, I hope your day has been wonderful. If you are a developer,
a moderator, or someone who can help, I need your help. To put it shortly, whenever I
go into my settings to change my Camera View in-game, say that I would prefer playing
in Third Person, I would get stuck in the selection panel. Here is a photo:

It does not only limit to that but to any selection panel in-game. Here are more
photos: What troubles me the most is that it happens with command blocks as well.
