Lefty Touch Controls - Not Responding Correctly

Verification builds:
1.1.0.3 Retail
1.1.0.4 Retail

Summary:
When using 'lefty' touch controls, the direction buttons can't be held down. Instead you end up breaking or placing blocks randomly underneath the button.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch to Lefty controls (Settings > Touch > Lefty)
2. Try to walk forward

Observed Results:
The controls can't be used, instead blocks are placed or broken.

Expected Results:
The controls should function in the same way as right handed.
