MCPE-212Creepers
In Minecraft PE 0.4.0 creepers do not blow up sand blocks when they explode! Please fix! 
Also when you tilt grass the seeds sink through the dirt blocks! Please fix! Another bug is that when you break a bookcase you only get 3 books and not the wooden planks back! Again please fix! Thanks for your time!

Firstly use one issue for one report please
the bookbase are suppose to only drop the books. you lord the planks. that's how it is on pc version. 
Can you describe the creeper issue a bit more detailed? I want to try it on my Ipad .
