Endermite in Cart Collision Box Bug

Summary:
When an endermite is in a minecart, it takes suffocation damage when going through a 1 high gap.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set up a rail going under a 1 high tunnel/gap
2. Send an endermite through the gap while it's riding a mine cart

Observed Results:
The endermite will take suffocation damage, as it's collision box is too big.

Expected Results:
It should fit through a 1x1 gap whilst riding a cart without taking damage. For testing purposes, compare it with a silverfish (does not suffocate).
