MCPE-211TNT blast doesn't affect dirt.
TNT in doesn't seem to destroy dirt. I've tried this by placing TNT right on top of dirt. The TNT went off, dirt stayed . Note that the the blast of the TNT was not completely absorbed but it just doesn't destroy dirt. I tested this by placing TNT inside a pile of dirt and lighting it. the blast didn't move the dirt but did removed stone blocks behind it.

MCPE-8I have encountered a similar bug with other blocks:
-Crafting Table
-Grass Block
-Leaf Blocks
The blocks aren't connected to water in any way. The appear immune to the blast of both,
TNT and Creeper Explosions.However it is a rare bug and very hard to reproduce. I have video evidence of this if it is required.
