Global Resources Crash (Windows phone minecraft pocket edition)

I think 1.0.5.54 is effected, but I know that 1.1.0.1 Is, When you start the game It will rarely say " Global resources has been reset due to crashing", But most of the time, the game will show the screen " Mojang ", and then from there it will crash, and send me flying back to the start screen.
This has been happening for two months, We would like a update to fix this please.
