Evoker hand is disappeared and appeared

When i'm just fighting a evoker a while, then it turned out that evoker hand is missing or invisible or disappear hopefully this will be fixed, my phone is oppo mirror 5 and sorry i can't attach file because "JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again" is there any solution for this? (Pls comment below)
