Water and Lava Source Duplication

Verification builds:
1.1.0.0 Beta build 320746 Windows 10 UWP

Summary:
Rapid use of a bucket can duplicate a water or lava source block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Dig a 2x2 hole
2. Rapidly right click a bucket of water or lava inside the hole, moving crosshair slightly
3. Eventually you will have placed the liquid, and collected it at the same time, resulting in a duplicate

Observed Results:
Liquid can be duplicated.

Expected Results:
It should never duplicate, it should just place or collect a single source block.
