witches do not drop potions when killed with TNT

Witches drop potions when you kill them with a sword, however when killed with tnt that is placed and lit with flint and steel by a player they will not drop any potion. I dont know if this feature was removed or if it is a bug. It has worked in previous versions but no longer works since 1.0 .
