Multiplayer - Cannot See Offhand Items of Other Players

Summary:
When playing in multiplayer, you cannot see if the other players are holding anything in their offhand. Affects Client and Host.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join Multiplayer game (eg LAN)
2. Get players to equip their offhand slot with arrows or totem
3. Notice that you cannot see what the other players are holding in their left hand

Expected Results:
Items held in the offhand should render on other players screens.
