Doors/fence gates open when open world

Doors/fence gates open when you open world that makes mobs get enter my house or my farming ground and they mess everything(creeper blow in my chestroom too!)

1-- create a survival world
2-- put some doors fence gates
3-- close map
4-- open map
5-- they still open!
