missing broadcast to xbox live

A couple days ago xbox live signed me out, when I tried to start minecraft pe it just crashed. I have since deleted and installed the app a dozen times. I can now play the game but I can not sign in to xbox live from any of the screens it just crashes the game. I recently noticed that under multi-player the broadcast to xbox live is missing.
