I can't access the newest skin pack; Power Rangers, and now, i can't even find it in the store!

I watched a video on eckoxsoldier buying and installing the power rangers skin pack,then when i tried to do it and tap to install it, it wouldn't do anything, and now that i'm in beta 1.0.6 it won't even show up! COME ON MOJANG!!!!!
