Unable to play MCPE without wifi or data connection

I am using an LG G Vista

My issue started quite a bit ago and lasted through many updates with pocket.

My issue started when I rented realms for 1 month

I can no longer access the app when both my wifi connection and data connection are off or interference occurs.

the app will stop abruptly and turn off

when I am on home screen and try to access MCPE the app will shut off after a two second black screen delay.

I have deleted all files off my phone and have reinstalled MCPE multiple times.

I have turned Xbox account off.
