Hyper-link buttons which are added by add-on hardly works

Hyper-link buttons (excluding specific URI, for instance http://aka.ms/minecraftfb) which are added by add-on do not works at all. Surely it's important to security, but many add-on maker want to add a button for their website as a credit.
So not to disable link, but display a dialog.
