App will not Install on Samsung Tab 4 7inch

I have not been able to install MCPE on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4-7 inch. I get an error message saying that I do not have enough storage even though I have 4Gb available.

I have seen similar complaints in the review section of Google Play from other Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 device owners.
