Problem with free trial 30 days

Good morning, about a week ago I made a subscription for a realm. Select the option that was offered me 30 days free but at no time have I obtained those 30 days free. The collection was made on the first day, without offering me such a test option.
I would like a solution to the problem, or in case it is not possible to refund the charge for this first month that was supposed to be proof.
