When we use the / effect Command "Hide Particles True" instead of totally vanishing the particles, they are blue in color

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the / effect command (any effect and time) and enter Hide Particles True. As you can see the particles instead of disappearing they turn blue no matter what effect it is being used
