Current Beta: Xbox One S Controller Keeps Dropping Hotbar Items Repeatedly

Whenever I go to walk around, in this case planting pumpkins, the hotbar would randomly just drop stuff. It has happened before, but not repeatedly like this. Please fix this, anyone who has a recent Xbox One S controller will be aggravated by this.
