Villagers not replanting

The new farming fixes were going great...farmers farming along...but after a few harvests...they just stopped. I went back to my village one day and they were harvest the wheat and just leaving the seeds floating there to despawn, no replanting going on...Now on the morning of the third day after that I have only half the crops left. They have lost all potatoes and all carrots and they do not replant any of the crops (beetroot and wheat included). Seeds are just left floating on the empty plowed dirt.
