Minecraft assign wrong axes to joypad

Hi, i have a generic ps2 joypad working and tested on my pc and in my tablet, even in minecraft all the buttons works very nice, the problem is the right joystick, when i move that joystick to the left the camera moves up, and if i move the joystick to the left the camera moves down, and viceversa with the other axis, i hope there will be an options to switch those acis in the future.
