Problem Version

Look at the truth is that I bought the minecraft pe when I bought it gave me the version 0.14.3 when it came out the 1.0.3 and it does not update me then I have to do a sony experience e1 and its version of android is the 4.4.2 That would be all I ask you for an answer to my problem
