Teleporting entities to the player will change the direction of boats by the player's face

Boats will change its direction by the player's face after being teleported into the player.
Steps to Reproduce:
(make sure you have cheats enable)

1. Spawn a bunch of boats.
2. Look up.
3. Type:

   /tp @e @p
