Arrows can catch on fire when shooting the Ender Dragon.

To be more specific, when the Ender Dragon is perched on the exit portal, the arrows will catch on fire when shot at the Ender Dragon upon bouncing back.

There was a similar issue like this MC-85910, however according to Dinnerbone, that issue was closed as "Working As Intended". So I'm wondering if this is also intended as well.
