Can't receive MCPE notifications on iPhone 7

Ever since I got my iPhone 7 and got MCPE on it I never received any MCPE notifications, I didn't receive invites or achievements. I tried looking into my Xbox settings and it didn't fix anything and when I play MCPE on my android I get notifications and invites but that doesn't happen on my iPhone 7, I tried to look in my device's settings to see if notifications are on and it was on but yet I don't get any notifications or invites on my iPhone 7. I don't know if this is an issue with the iPhone 7 or what but please tell me how to fix it.
