Blocks pushed AND retracted by pistons are blinking

I have reported this numerous times before and the bug was fixed. But it keep reappearing in newer builds of the game. I had to report this again because I could not my previous reports of this bug. I really HOPE THIS BUG GETS FIXED ASAP AND NEVER REAPPEAR IN ANY NEW VERSIONS OF THE GAME. THANKS
