Resource pack import always fails

How much and how many packs I tried - all they fail to import. Tested this on other PC on the same game version - import worked absolutely fine: imported, showed up in the list with description, icon and name. Why doesn't it work on this PC? Attached the pack below (It might crash after selection, that is our problem).
