Outdated Client error

I created a realm on MCPE 1.0.2.1 yesterday and invited a few friends to play with me as well. But whenever I try to join, it gives the Outdated Client error and me and all my friends have the latest alpha version. I know there are similar issues reported but I tried using those to solve the problem but it didn't work. Any feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
