Game Crashes During Gameplay

When playing minecraft Pocket Edition the game sometimes won't load chunks (normal for me) but when in-game sometimes the game will lag and chests won't open then the game crashes to my phone's home screen. I'm using classic interface incase that might be the problem. This has been happening without any global resources on.
