User placed chest and other block get destroyed in the End

When placing chests or ender chests the chests get destroyed when re-entering the End and all items end up on the floor.

Have not tested with other block but I have tested with creating a water pool in the End and water dispersar (get destroyed) as well upon re-entering the End.

This happens on but also outside of the obsidian platform.

I don't know if it is just luck but once the chest and water start getting destroyed if happenes then every time after that. I did have chests and ender chest in the beginning and re-entered the End several times until the bug happened.
