Random Spinning Chicken

I opend up a random parcour-map. I saw a chicken, which was normal at first. After i died several times from fall-damage I noticed a spinning white thing at the ground... The Chicken. I really have no idea how this happend. I have no Screenshot, but i uploaded a Video for it.
