Bucket vanishes when milking cow

Milking a cow with a bucket causes the bucket to vanish. I did see all previous bugs about this and one keeps being mentioned but it's marked as solved. It's not solved.

Going through the action of milking a cow with a bucket and you can hear it collect milk but you lose your bucket. Apparently it only works if you stack buckets??? Something's broken.
