Creatures of the upper world in the end

I made a platform in The End away from the central island about 200 blocks to get some enderman but began to be born more than enderman, were born skeletons, spiders, zombies and creepers. I do not know if it was supposed to be that way so I decided to report it, I ask if I happen to have another related topic that leads me to it. Sorry, my Brazilian English.
