Horse with rider when idle jumping animation is missing

The jumping animation is missing for a horse with rider when idle. I've waited a long time and are not seeing this animation.

Steps to reproduce

• Tame a horse.
• Ride the horse.
• Switch to "Third Person Front" view.
• The horse never does a front legs up jumping animation when idle for some time.
