Throwing splash potions don't always work in Minecraft Windows 10 edition

Sometimes when you throw splash potions in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition nothing happens. You right click expecting to throw a splash potion and nothing happens, so you have to right click until the potion is actually thrown.
