Endermen Don't Drop Carried Blocks When They Die

Endermen should drop any block they are carrying when they die, in the recent versions, they no longer do so.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Kill an enderman that is carrying a block
• Notice that the carried block is no longer dropped

(Placing lots of dirt/grass blocks on the end will quickly result in an enderman carrying one off)
