Item frame item duplication

I am using a LG G5 Android phone. It has been noticed by me and many of my realms friends that a certain bug is causing dissatisfaction among us. There is a duplicating bug that can allow players to obtain more items through the item frame

What i expected to happen was...:
Retrieving my item that i placed on the item frame. For example, getting back a diamond from the item frame

What actually happened was...:
Retrieving 2 of the same item that was placed on the item frame. For example, getting 2 diamonds from the item frame by putting 1 diamond in it.

Steps to reproduce...:
1. Place an item frame anywhere in a realms world (Does not work with individual worlds, tested it.)
2. Place any item in the item frame
3. Remove the item in the item frame
4. 2 of the same exact item will be dropped

The problem is that...:
By repeating this process, players in realms worlds are able to duplicate items easily. It becomes more of a cheating method instead of playing vanilla minecraft pocket edition.

Things to note...:
I do not know if this is a duplicate post, as this is sensitive information and other users may have privately posted this issue which i wouldn't be able to notice.
